It helps to include your device and iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please don’t paste anything you’ve written in the app — we can look into a problem without seeing it, and we’d rather not.
Deleting what you’ve written
Lumina Bible has no accounts and no sign-up. You can start reading and reflecting the moment you open it, and nothing asks you to register.
Your reflections and notes stay private to you. They are never shared with other people and never shown to anyone else. To remove one, open History, tap the trash icon beside the entry and confirm. Deletion is real: the row is removed rather than hidden behind a flag, and it cannot be undone.
To remove everything at once, delete the app from your device. Anything held for your session is cleared automatically after 30 days without opening the app. If you would like us to clear it sooner, write to us and we will take care of it.
If you’re in crisis
Nobody is watching what you write in this app. It isn’t monitored by a person, and writing about being in danger does not send an alert to anyone. If you need help, please reach a person who can give it — the app shows free numbers, answered any hour, at the bottom of every screen.
This app offers scripture and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional help, medical care, or pastoral counsel.
